I have received a lot of emails about my recipes. The Almond Butter Cake has been the favorite to date.Though I don’t bake that often, I will share one of my latest recipes. Stay Safe.  Bake at Home!

The What

  • ½ cup butter cut into ¼ inch cubes + 1 tbs for baking dish
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tbs baking soda
  • 1 cup walnuts

The How

  1. Preheat Oven fto 375F
  2. Grease bottom and sides of baking dish with butter
  3. Add butter to a large bowl
  4. Add sugar to bowl and mix to incorporate
  5. Add yogurt, eggs and maple syrup to bowl and mix to incorporate
  6. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder to bowl and mix to incorporate
  7. Add walnuts to bowl and mix to incorporate
  8. Pour batter into baking dish
  9. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes
  10. Cool and remove loaf from dish
